장소 소개
The Choi Yong-shin Memorial Hall, located in Bono-dong, Ansan, Gyeonggi Province, is a public museum established in November 2007 to honor Choi Yong-shin, a female independence activist who devoted her life to the rural enlightenment movement of the Japanese colonial era and instilled patriotism through her educational work. It is also a national memorial facility designated by the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs. It was built on the site where Saemgol Training Center, established by Mr. Choi Yong-shin together with the people of Saemgol village, once stood, and the ground floor is composed of an exhibition dedicated to eternally remembering the life and spirit of Choi Yong-shin. And within Sangnoksu Park, where the memorial hall is located, is also the grave of Choi Yong-shin.
