Hwaseong Dongtan Lake Park is a park developed around Sancheok Reservoir and Songbangcheon Stream in Dongtan New Town, providing Hwaseong City and nearby residents with a space to relax and enjoy a variety of cultural activities. It is a wellness space in the city featuring a wide lawn stretching along the lake, a large picnic area, and a phytoncide forest. In a serene place with pure water and beautiful terrain, a sage is born.With this concept, the natural environment of the existing Sancheok Reservoir was preserved while making use of the lake’s unique scenery. A walking path runs along the container bridge, and you can comfortably enjoy the lake scenery from various specialized benches. With sports facilities and a water playground, it enables a variety of activities, and in particular, the spectacular large-scale fountain show, Luna Show, is considered one of the park’s main attractions.
