장소 소개
The Nonsan Strawberry Festival is Korea’s premier specialty product festival, held annually in Nonsan, Chungcheongnam-do. Nonsan is a nationally renowned major strawberry-producing region, equipped with a stable production base and distribution system, and based on this, it is operated as an industrial-type festival that links agriculture, processing, and tourism. The festival consists of strawberry sales and tastings, hands-on programs, performances and exhibitions, and industry exchange programs, and is an event carried out with direct participation from local farmers and small business owners. It is also a festival designated by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as a cultural tourism festival for 2026–2027, and is strengthening its international reach and industrial connectivity ahead of the 2027 Nonsan World Strawberry Industry Expo.
