Since opening in 1998, the Seo-gu Culture Center has been a cultural place where you can feel joy and satisfaction in daily life, enjoying culture through varied programs like performances and exhibitions and providing a cozy rest space in harmony with the fragrant four-season Ihyeon Park. For residents' rich cultural life, it plans and exhibits varied culture-arts content and strives to let them enjoy wholesome leisure through cultural courses. In October 2022 the classical-only Biwon Music Hall opened, marking a new start for promoting local music arts.
