장소 소개
The Yeongdong Gugak Experience Village, in Godang-ri, Simcheon-myeon, Yeongdong-gun (birthplace of Nangye Park Yeon and home of gugak, Korean traditional music), has four buildings (Urisori Hall, Gugak Nuri Hall, Sori Changjo Hall and Cheongogak) and is an experience-and-stay gugak town where you can see, hear, feel and try traditional music. Urisori Hall, with a 300-seat venue, holds regular Saturday performances by the Nangye Gugak troupe and runs seminar and fitness rooms; the Gugak Nuri Hall has a large dining hall and lodging, and the Sori Changjo Hall has experience and transmission rooms for playing instruments and meditation. The Cheongogak housing Cheongo, the world's largest drum (said to grant earnest wishes when its clear, grand sound reaches the sky), is also magnificent. Here you can feel the charm and scent of music and fill body and mind with ease.
