The festival food information below is from last year’s festival (2025), and the 2026 festival information is currently being updated.*The Siheung Gaetgol Festival is an ecological festival held at Siheung Gaetgol Ecological Park, the only inner bay estuary in Gyeonggi Province. Based on the natural environment where former salt farm sites and wetlands blend together, it is a festival where people can relax, learn, and enjoy nature through a variety of programs, harmonizing with nature. To protect the natural environment of the ecological park, the festival is held without cars. The main program is the salt pancake performance “Memory of Salt, Dance of Water,” and performances will include Concert in Gaetgol, the Salt Warehouse Puppet Theater, the Forest Music Festival, and the Gaetgol Senior Runway.
