Janghang Songlim Natural Recreation Forest, visited by about one million people annually, has planted six million lilyturf plants in a pine forest covering approximately 280,000 square meters, forming the largest lilyturf colony in the country. Janghang Songlim Natural Recreation Forest is a space where a coastal pine forest adjacent to the west coast and a colony of lilyturf are developed together, making it a tourist destination where visitors can enjoy both forest recreation and natural scenery. The Janghang Liriope Flower Festival is held by making use of these natural resources, and centered around the liriope colony, it offers a variety of programs including cultural performances, hands-on experience programs, exhibitions, sales of local agricultural and specialty products, and food stalls.
