Songnae Eoul Madang is a multipurpose cultural complex facility with various cultural experiences available on each floor, including a library, gallery, cultural center, citizen learning center, cultural café, youth center, and youth counseling welfare center. Since its opening in December 2015, it has continued to host various events and activities for the citizens of Bucheon. Eoul Madang means “a place where many people gather for communication and harmony.” True to its name, this place is a multi-purpose cultural facility with three basement levels and five floors above ground, where not only local residents but anyone can use the space.
