Yeonpo Beach, located about 12 km west of Taean, is a beach that has been developed as a luxury resort since 1972. The white sand beach, curved like a bow, creates a spectacular sight, and the island floating like a painting in the open sea inspires awe in all who see it. Yeonpo Beach is also famous for its long opening period, due to the warm water caused by the warm current. The dense pine forests and the striking rock formations stretching along the coastline are spectacular. The slope is gentle, the water is shallow, and various facilities are well maintained, so it is very popular with vacationers. There are plenty of lodging facilities, and with a car camping site available, it is frequently visited by families.
