The Hongseong Global Barbecue Festival is Korea’s premier gourmet festival, where visitors can taste and enjoy a variety of barbecue dishes centered on Hongseong’s signature specialties: Hongseong Hanwoo beef and Korean pork. By combining Hongseong’s excellent livestock resources with barbecue content, it offers distinctive food, attractions, and experiential programs. In particular, through a variety of food-related attractions such as the theme park barbecue, the global barbecue, and the Nanrohoe barbecue, Hongseong is introducing its flavors and charm to visitors both at home and abroad. In addition, by building and utilizing large barbecue grills, it also offers spectacular visual attractions, evolving into a tourism-oriented festival that satisfies all five senses, beyond just a food festival. This special festival will showcase the sacred barbecue mecca of Hongseong, offering barbecue made with high-quality Korean beef and pork, as well as local specialties, allowing visitors to experience the flavors and culture of Hongseong.
