장소 소개
Oido is an 'island that is not an island' on the southwest shore of Siheung, a tourist spot rich in fish and shellfish and an important site designated a national historic site after repeated excavations of remains from the Neolithic and other periods. Called 'Ojiri-do' and 'Ojirae-do' in the Joseon era, surrounded by sea on three sides, it offers the scent of lapping waves at high tide, glimpses of lively sea life at low tide, and beautiful sunsets in the evening—a noted spot of Siheung.
