The Pyeongtaek Southern Culture & Arts Center is a space for citizens to enjoy culture and the arts. The Grand Hall, with 606 seats, is a comprehensive arts venue able to host various genres. The Small Hall, with 198 seats, suits small performances such as lectures, recitals and general events. It also has seminar rooms for meetings and forums, and practice and music rooms for citizens' free creative work.
