A youth-led cultural and arts festival centered on a youth street dance competition, combining performances, street culture experiences, and a flea market
장소 소개
'Groove in Gwanak' won the 'Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Award' at the 19th Korea Local Government Management Awards, and holds battles in connection with Japan's WDC World Dance Colosseum. Marking its 5th anniversary this year, the '2026 Groove in Gwanak' is Gwanak-gu's representative youth culture festival and a global festival showcasing street dance battles and various street culture content. Dancers of all genres including popping, locking, waacking, breaking, house, and krump participate, and the 'Youth Open Style 2-on-2 Battle' with a total prize pool of 7 million won and a global battle will unfold. It will be held on July 11 (Sat) - 12 (Sun) at Gwanak Art Hall.
